In my work, i seek to create visual images that evoke a mental-scape, a memory, insight or inkling of a feeling that can bring us to a more intimate place within ourselves and towards an enriched form of living together in the world.”
My work gives form to the process by which a memory, an observation or a vision brings me into relation with What Is There. This unfolds and becomes a relation with the energy or “breath” of That Which Is. I try to draw this hidden breath or essence of it, that which can look abstract but is still connected, in a more hidden yet direct way, to that which is Real about it.
Education:
I have been drawing since I remember myself, have a BA from Bezalel, Jerusalem (cum laude), a Postgrad Dip. in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, as well as an M.A. Fine Art from Central St Martins, London. I also received a year long drawing scholarship at the Royal Drawing School, London.
